Do most bars in Florida or Vegas prefer a certificate from a bartending school?

Ive heard that some will like the certificate and some think that you will be hard to train their way if you already are used of doing it another way.Do most bars in Florida or Vegas prefer a certificate from a bartending school?
Almost NOWHERE requires a certificate of bartending. In fact, most places would rather not even deal with it. The majority of people who go to bartending school are just downright difficult to work with or employ. Most places would rather you just had bartending experience. Bartending school teaches you recipes and facts. It doesnt teach you the experience that is actually essential to finding a job.Do most bars in Florida or Vegas prefer a certificate from a bartending school?
I'm a bartender in Florida, have been one in Georgia also...the only reason for bartending school is to get a recipe book, in case you have a bad memory...in which case you won't be a good bartender anyway, and in my 20+ years of experience, most places DO assume you will be either difficult or downright impossible to train. Sorry.
