I am a 21 yr old female who lives 20 minutes south of Boston MA. I am looking to supplement my income while I am in school. I know that bar tending is a way to make fast cash. I dont have any experience in the food industry and I have no reliable connections. Is bar tending school the way to go or should I just try to make it in as a waitress and work my way up?Should I go to bartending school?
Bartenders make a lot in Boston cause their isn't Alcohol tax. The tips are very high as well. More so in business district. You could pull between 300-500 a day.
If you are going to serve liquor you do need to go to school to get a state permit!Should I go to bartending school?
You don't need to go to bartending school to become a bartender lol
