I didn't know there was a school for bar tending. I have a few friends
who've been bar tenders and they both did great and never had any
training. Once you get hired by the bar, they'll run you through their
expectations.
My friend made about $11.00 an hour plus tips that they had to
split every night between the bouncers and everyone else working.
Not sure how much they make a year, but you can figure that out
roughly how much with that amount of money.
Qualities to be a successful bar tender is to be outgoing, talk to
new people, be friendly etc. Just things you see any other bar
tender doing. Don't be shy, talk to your customers etc.
