It's not the only one in your area, a Google search will reveal more. But I just enrolled in the Austin one.
As a side note, you probably don't need the school if you're already a cocktail waitress. Just talk to your bartenders, ask them to show you the ropes. I'm sure they'll hook you up, and you'll save about $600.
