In a word, No. What you should do is begin as a bar back and then work as a bartender. My husband began when he was 21 and now works at a 5 star place making a ton of money. Only if you have big **** because that is the only way the bartending school will be able to get you a job. Any idiot can pour a drink....just get a book and practice your pour.



I went to school and still ended up barbacking and working my way up even though I knew how to make more drinks than everyone else I worked with.
