How do i get a bartending job now that i've just finished graduating from bartending school?

i've always wanted to be a bartender

i recently graduated from a bartending school

i'm a girl lol

how do i go about looking for clubs to work in and how would i know if they're any good. i want to go to work in a place where ill make alot of tips obviously and therefore is really busyHow do i get a bartending job now that i've just finished graduating from bartending school?
It is mostly luck. There are 5 bartenders for every open position. Go ahead and apply everywhere. Every bartender in town will know where the openings are so ask everyone what they know.

Be prepared to work as a waiter or busboy. Whenever the bartender calls in sick or goes on vacation, offer to sub in for her. You will get discovered.

First..... you have to go party in them. When you find the right atmosphere you'll know. They that will be even better, because then you can mingle yourself into meeting the manager in a non professional atmosphere, then bingo! Your in! Easy as pie.
