How do i get a bartending job now that i've just finished graduating from bartending school?

i've always wanted to be a bartender

i recently graduated from a bartending school

i'm a girl lol

how do i go about looking for clubs to work in and how would i know if they're any good. i want to go to work in a place where ill make alot of tips obviously and therefore is really busyHow do i get a bartending job now that i've just finished graduating from bartending school?
Try to get a job in a nice restaurant with a bar people are there to have a nice evening not just get drunk and not tip. On the other hand some drunks get drunk and tip a lot so I guess it just depends on what kind of environment you want to work in. A friends wife works at Apple-bees and makes good money and loves the work.How do i get a bartending job now that i've just finished graduating from bartending school?

Alot of people I know who have become bartenders had absolutely no experience and got a job at a small place because they hung out there alot as a customer and got to know people who worked there. In larger, more busy places often a bartender with schooling but little to no work experience in it starts as a bar-back first and gets promoted to a bartender position if one becomes available and they show a good potential for proficiency in it.



You really have to keep in mind that with the terrible economy we have right now, you may not find your ideal job right away. You may have to take a job that you don't even like, that has nothing to do with bartending. People all over are taking jobs they don't like right now simply because they need the money and jobs are scarce.How do i get a bartending job now that i've just finished graduating from bartending school?
Sorry that you wasted your time %26amp; money on this highway robbery scheme. Bartending school is a joke. Let me guess, you made "drinks" out of colored water, didn't teach you any customer interaction. Bartending is one of those jobs where its "on the job traing"

the economy sucks way too bad and there are way too many people who have EXPERIENCE as either instead of or as well as the bartending degree or certificate or whatever it is.How do i get a bartending job now that i've just finished graduating from bartending school?
BARTENDING SCHOOL!? You cannot be serious.
you should really set your standards/expectations a lot higher.
try a strip club, or a real classy bar just walk in and tell them you want a job
