ABC bartending. God, to me, that sounds like such a scam.
I would just get your legal servers license. Usually costs about 20 dollars and you can do it online in about 2 hours. Then you are legal to serve alcohol.
The best bartending experience is just being trained on. I worked at a really high end restaurant for a few years, with no prior bar tending experience. It was because I was cute and smart plus witty that got me hired.
I had good people skills, and the ability to learn. I learned to make any drink, you name it, and I used to rake in about $300- $500 a night on weekends. About $80-$100 on week days.
Never took a day of bartending school in my life, just got my servers license, and I was making WONDERFUL money.
