The best way to get into bartending is to go to work for a small bar and learn the trade. Bartending schools can cost a fair penny and may not even place you.
I'd have to go with maggie on this. Or restaurants with bars. Schools are mostly a waste of money, and placement sucks. No one hires someone who hasn't been behind a bar and gotten their behind kicked a few times.Bartending school?
