The legal age limit to attend bartending school?

I was wondering what the minimum age is in order to attend a bartending school in California.



Obviously, you must 21 years or older to drink alcohol in the united states but in restaurants you have to be 18 years or older to serve people alcohol.

In California you have to be 21 to be a bartender. I think the legal age varies from school to school. There was this one school up in San Francisco that required you to be at least 18. This other school in Costa Mesa required you to be 21 to take their course. The legal age limit to attend bartending school?
