I'm thinking about going to bartending school. Is there a certain look/image bartenders have to have?

I'm not skinny, I know that much. Do you have to be skinny to be a bartender?

I'm thinking about going to bartending school to get certified and to find a job so that I can do this while I continue college. Is it a good idea? I'm just worried I'm not skinny enough.I'm thinking about going to bartending school. Is there a certain look/image bartenders have to have?

You have to be able to move around easily behind the bar. alot of reaching high, and bending low, as well as heavy lifting(buckets of ice, cases of alcohol,beer,etc) and must be in good enough shape to spend long hours on your feet, and keep up w/ orders.
