Forget taking that stuff i know a friend who did that and they never really even care about that. Start like i did work at a sports bar that's not crazy busy so you can learn more also look at craiglist Chicago sometimes they have opening for non experienced bartenders that are will to train. also even if you have no experience it wont kill you to learn the tops drinks and whats in them like Cosmo... etc
