How old do i have to be to go to bartending school?

So I live in california and i'm 19 years old.

and i know you can't legally serve alcohol until i'm 21

but i plan on moving out of state soon.

anddd i'd lovvvve to bar tend.



soo what i'm asking is can i go to bartending school in california to get certified and then go bartend in another state where its legal for me to serve alcoholHow old do i have to be to go to bartending school?
I never went to school for bar tending before I became a bar tender. It's a waste of money unless you're super set on learning a couple of neat tricks that you can pick up working at a bar for a month or two.How old do i have to be to go to bartending school?
most schools require you to be legal bar tending age



i will tell you what we tell everyone who mentions bar tending schools though:

its a waste of money

you learn more and better as a bar back (bartender assistant) and save $500+



and by the way, California allows you to serve alcoholic beverages at 18, you just can't bar tend until 21
