I am a clean-cut male who is considering going to school to be a bartender.
But I am worried that I won"t be able to find a job when I finish.
Can I make decent money?
150 a night would be enough for me.
I am in Los Angeles but would move if I found a job.Should I go to bartending school?
You don't have to go to school to be a bartender most places want experience and would laugh if you said you went to school for it. All you need to do is get a job as a barback ( person who helps the bartender) or a waiter and then say you want to train to be a bartender. The schools are a waste of money and a rip off.Should I go to bartending school?
i wouldnt go to bartending school...most clubs want you to learn their way and would laugh at you if you told them you went to a bartending school. i worked ia a bar last year and was bring home 2,000 a week and i wasnt even the best...i never went to school i just learned by watching others and it always helps to have friends the bartend
You definitely should and please learn diff rent tricks with bottle and become the GOD OF COCKTAILS and the you will be the hit all the nightclubs.Should I go to bartending school?
You would be able to find a job of course, but if you could find another profession that you like that you can make more money doing, then, choose that one.
Could go to butler school - then you'll earm even more.Should I go to bartending school?
I worked in the bar industry for years before i went to bartending school, I found it helped me progress quicker once i took the course. I recommend it. I now have moved into management and i think my bartending classes helped get me here.
Do what ever you want to do.
I THINK YOU WOULD DEFINITELY BE ABLE TO FIND A JOB. BIG CLUBS ARE ALWAYS IN NEED OF BARTENDERS AND THE TIPS ARE AWESOME.
