What is a good bartending school near the Philadelphia area?

I'm 18 years old and looking to get a bartending certificate or license or something like that. I'm not really sure, but I know that I need to go to a school to get that and I'm not sure which ones are legit. I have a car so traveling isn't really a problem, but I would prefer for it not to be in the city. I live in the suburbs about 20 minutes outside of Philly.
